Wednesday saw the class that is usually "Rod and the Girls" change to "Rod, 3 other guys and the girls."
Team competition with the one random member of the winning team winning a raffle ticket (woow).

One member runs 200m whilst the rest clock up reps on a station. When runner gets back, reps are recorded and each member moves on to next station. 20 min
Megan was the lucky winner.
Wednesdays team WOD was great and it was awesome to see so many people filling the gym......there was certainly a buzz in the air :-)
