Relay of bear crawls, running and tuck jumps
Workout -
Dumbell Thrusters
Ring Rows
Lateral Hopping
Handstands
.......30 secs of each for 6 mins.
Technique -
Skipping, KTE or Monkey and Assisted Pull ups.
Play time - 5 mins
Star of the day - Alex Kingston for doing best KTE and choosing Burpees in play time!!
