Moving in the hail.

Learn to move classes saw smaller numbers today that I will put down to the rain and hail. The 12 that came along showed great commitment and moving better is certainly getting easier.

Warmup: mobility - pole/wall/air
Tech: OHS with broomstick
Workout: 12 min
1 min lunge - supported/wall/air/walking
1 min ring rows
1 min KB deadlifts
1 min rest
Stretch: 15 min
