Burpee Ladder and a chat.

Today's session saw double under practice for a warmup and skill development. 

WoD
Burpee Ladder: complete 1 burpee the first min, 2 the second min, 3 the third min.....etc.  Max time limit of 20 min.  Your score is the minute you completed all burpees before the next min starts.
