Monday Madness

Three classes at West Winds today -
9.25 am class:
Hard'nup by Half
6 min: 15 KB swings/30 DUs or 60 Single skips
90 sec rest
6 min: 10 burpees/run 150m
90 sec rest
5 pushups(hands off at bottom)/10 m walking lunge (10kg plate)

each six min = as many rounds as possible.

Kids Gym:
4.15am
skipping/bike/shuttle runs
OHS with pole/wall
burpee side jumps
WoD: 1 min med ball walk/1 min OHS/1 min assisted pull ups
Handstand/plank/frog balance practice.
Play

6.15pm class:
bike/skip/OHS
3X
30 sec shuttle/30 sec squats/30 sec shuttle/30 sec squats/30 sec pushups/30 sec shuttle/30 sec squats/30 sec pushups/30 sec bar taps.
