1500m run (outside)
Freeze tag
Discussion: slow/fast twitch muscle fibres
Core stability - lunge work
Cone running: jog/sprint/backwards/high knees: 3 mins
KB swing relay
$2 challenge: table tennins ball throw - winner Stefan.
