There are so many things you can do with weight plates - pushup off them, sit up with them, jump on them, over them, squat with them, thrusters, lunges, carry them........Two classes, two different circuits all using the theme of weight plates.
A 20 min, 45 sec circuit and an 18 min 3 min bike , 3 min circuit (x3) class. All in all hard and fun.
