Early Class

This morning during the pouring rain we had a bit of choice with the workout. Counting how many rounds you could do in each 5 min and seeing if you could hold it or increase. Each person chose their exercises and all were different. We had holds, pullups, ring rows, situps, burpees, squats, cleans, overhead squats, pushups, kb swinds, front squats, wall ball, box jumps and back extensions. Good workout for mental strength, if you want to practice a skill or to rip through exercises you feel confident at.

After the stretching was over, the sun was out, the rain had stopped and the day was going to be a good one. (Phil on the OHS)
