...moonless night in the small town.....

When I saw the overnight temperature (3 degrees) I had a strange feeling that only the tough would be up for early class.  Boy, was I right.  Dan, Phil, Lisa and Clancy!!

5 KB Front Squat
5 Wall Ball

Cash out 5 burpees then join back in.

Lisa 8 KB, 12 KB, 6 WB
Clancy 6 KB, 8 KB, 6 WB.
