Everyone's Favourite

Tabata - interval training like no other.
20 sec work/10 sec rest x8 (4min) for each exercise. Traditionally the exercises are pullup, pushup, situp, squat.

Anna is off the the Australasian CrossFit Regionals in Sydney to do heaps of muscle ups!!!

    Anna qualified in the top third of the Australian crossfit games.
