I went to the CrossFit Regionals in Sydney on the weekend where I came 21st out of 60. Great weekend. Awesome weather, people, competition and some pb's. Got a couple of muscle ups out and did heavy (40kg) OHS. Thanks so much to Coastal CrossFit, CrossFit Vic and CrossFit Adelaide for their support.

9 B2B squats

10 heavy KB swings
10 box jumps.
