As the days go by....

Well, nearly a week since the last post! So much has happened. Carolyn took Move For Life class on Friday with 14 turning out. Thanks mate, you did a great job. She also took Monday morning circuit - what would I do without her?
I went to the CrossFit Regionals in Sydney on the weekend where I came 21st out of 60. Great weekend. Awesome weather, people, competition and some pb's. Got a couple of muscle ups out and did heavy (40kg) OHS. Thanks so much to Coastal CrossFit, CrossFit Vic and CrossFit Adelaide for their support.

Today's workout back at the gym:
Warmup - broomstick work
30sec skipping/30 sec burpees (x3)

6 min
Strict press practice

6 min
3 ring T2B
6 pushups
9 B2B squats

6 min
10 heavy KB swings
10 box jumps.
