Welcome to the online pages of West Winds Community Gym. Having started up just over three years ago with one class a week, numbers have steadily risen and we now host eight. Classes range from outdoor/indoor circuit, crossfit style classes (http://www.crossfit.com/), low intensity classes and Move for Life. Classes are based on functional movements where good motor patterns are taught and emphasised.
