Casual Sunday Workouts

There are usually a few of us that get together on a Sunday to have a workout. We often do different things, try new movements, give heavier weights a go or practice all the things we find challenging. Today we took some inspiration from http://www.crossfitfx/ and tried their workout day wods.

1. 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
Cleans 40/30kg
Knees to toes

2. 3 Rounds
15 OHS 30/20kg
20kg plate carry - 4 lengths of gym
9 Burpees

3. 5 min AMRAP
4 Ring Dips
8 Kettlebell Swings 32/24 kg
