There are usually a few of us that get together on a Sunday to have a workout. We often do different things, try new movements, give heavier weights a go or practice all the things we find challenging. Today we took some inspiration from

20kg plate carry - 4 lengths of gym
9 Burpees
3. 5 min AMRAP
4 Ring Dips
8 Kettlebell Swings 32/24 kg
