The week that was.......awesome!

Goings on over the past week.

Monday 9.25am class outside on the horse arena: forward running, backwards running, KBs and quad overload.

Kids gym: static holds, rolls, rings, bars and box jumps.

Evening class: Deadlift PR for Jess 85kg.
WoD Deadlift/pushups 45/15 x 10

Tues am: Deadlifts and pushups - technique workout and a wicked mixture to finish.

Wed: 150 KB swings for time. Every minute 3 sit ups/3 pushups.
Kids Running training - school gym.

Thurs: Fight gone bad.  Jumping pullups subed for row.  Congrats to Phil for counting 3 rounds.  Anything is possible guys.

Friday: Move for Life classes.  15 min circuit.  Static holds combinded with movements.
