Well, after slamming my finger in the metal freezer lid, crying like a baby for 10 mins and downing Nurofen - I was ready for the first Move For Life Classes after the holiday break.
Thanks to the 16 who came out and got back into the groove of squatting, ring pulling, deadlifting and biking.
