When life is good!

Sometimes I just have to pinch myself. Working close to home (8 min bike ride), beautiful weather and surrounds, amazing, motivated people, a job I love......what more could I ask for?!

Move For Life Class saw 2 classes for the first time - 9am and 10am. 20 people in all. Huge improvements all round in squatting and movement control. It really is amazing what a difference can be made in a small amount of time.

30 sec walking
30 sec squatting (air, pole, bollard)

10 mins
