Make a move.

Two great classes.  Move for life is the biggest movement at the gym at present.  26 participants over two classes - phenomenal improvement - motivated - happy - taking control of their lives!

Thanks Carolyn for taking the second class so I could watch my eldest daughter run her school x/c.
